Commercial Sales Manager

A key role has become available for a Commercial Sales Manager to contribute to the growth and success of A for Appointments, a leading provider of maintenance services in the waste management sector.

This position involves driving business expansion, promoting sustainability, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, executing strategic sales and marketing plans, and building a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and log opportunities for new business and expansion within existing accounts, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Customer Outreach: Maintain regular contact with leads, clients, and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of customer meeting reports.
  • Account Management: Oversee customer, prospect, and suspect activities, implementing action points as required.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit margins.
  • SMR Performance Analysis: Track service, maintenance, and repair performance for allocated accounts, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
