Mace is seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Compliance Administrator to support the operations of the global privacy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing data protection regulatory advice and support to Mace globally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data protection regulatory advice and support to Mace globally, working closely with senior members of the data protection team.
- Respond to GDPR queries, requesting assistance where required, and supporting the review of UK data protection provisions in contracts and other documents.
- Co-manage GDPR requests from data subjects, including DSARs, access requests, and data subject rights.
- Support the GDPR team with incident and breach management, investigation, and notifications.
- Deliver training and legal research on data protection matters, initially in the UK and then for specified jurisdictions.
- Assist with the communication and roll-out of the ROPA under instruction.
- Support regulatory registrations and certifications globally, including liaison with regulatory authorities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Contract review experience, including DPA's.
- Work towards a GDPR qualification, such as CIPPE or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience of reviewing and amending Data Protection clauses and Contracts in the UK and EU.
- Good professional written competencies and ability to research and understand complex privacy and compliance requirements.
- Proactive continuous learning regarding global privacy regulations and associated activities.
