Service Delivery Manager

Location: Ealing based, with flexibility to work from any of EACH's locations and across the organisation

Salary: £38,220-£45,864 per annum, DOE + Benefits

Contract:
Full-time, permanent


EACH Counselling and Support is a leading charity providing specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence, and alcohol and substance misuse. We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of service delivery strategies to meet organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of services across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior management and teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community groups.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in a charity or non-profit organisation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of service delivery models and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve service quality.
