Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Crone Corkill. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Handle a variety of tasks, including answering and transferring calls, logging guests, and sorting and distributing office post
  • Greet visitors, guide them to meeting rooms, and maintain records
  • Update property and contacts databases daily, run weekly reports, and manage telephone systems
  • Liaise with building management on maintenance issues, book and retrieve deliveries, and coordinate with the catering team
  • Manage a daily list of meetings, contact the cleaning company for issues, and order stationery while maintaining an accurate inventory
  • Ensure the stationery room is tidy, document and archive boxes, and maintain the office appearance, including watering plants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience as an assistant in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and a flexible, proactive, and autonomous approach to work
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IT systems, with a good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of any other European language would be an asset
