The GDST is seeking a skilled Facilities Support Assistant to play a key role in the maintenance and security of our school premises and facilities. The successful candidate will ensure the school building and site are secure, act as a designated key holder, and assist with the programme of planned preventative maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the school building and site are secure and well-maintained
- Acting as a designated key holder and managing access to the premises
- Assisting with the programme of planned preventative maintenance
- Supporting the school's minibus service by driving school minibuses on occasion
Requirements:
- Experience of site security and premises management
- Experience of conducting routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
