About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the organization, ensuring seamless project delivery and maximizing efficiency. You will lead a talented team and collaborate with subcontractors to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to handover
  • Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure timely and quality workmanship
  • Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency
  • Continuously strive to optimize processes and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the construction industry
