We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to join our team at Bloom Search International. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business strategies, building and managing strategic partnerships, and implementing CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-end clients and introduce them to our luxury RTW brand.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with stylists and other industry professionals.
- Plan and execute events to broaden our client base and increase sales opportunities.
- Implement VIC strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury RTW product and the boutique.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including international trunk shows.
- Support special VIP projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop sales tools and strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the luxury womenswear market.
- Proven background in sales and sales management.
- Ability to work well in a team and support the development of store staff.
