Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Flight Operations business area. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
  • Manage employee relations cases, providing accurate and timely advice and coaching line managers in reaching conclusions and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular base visits to support line managers and engage with our Flight Operations colleagues.
  • Identify and escalate HR matters and queries to the appropriate level of HR management, ensuring timely action is taken.
  • Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current and efficient, providing a consistent and high-quality service within the HR team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of dealing with complex employee relations cases.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
