Exceptional Nursing Opportunity

A highly sought-after Registered General Nurse is required to join our esteemed nursing home in Southport, Merseyside. As a valued member of our team, you will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, renowned for their exceptional standards of care.

This esteemed care home offers a wide range of specialist nursing care, with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the care and management team to promote high standards of nursing care.
  • Ensure all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
  • Perform all general nursing duties, adhering to CQC and NMC guidelines, update care plans, and administer safe medication.
  • Demonstrate dependability and flexibility to meet the needs of residents and the home.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements.
  • Communicate effectively and develop professional relationships.
  • Understand and utilize IT and communication systems required for the role.
  • Experience participating in quality and clinical governance programs.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times.
Benefits and Salary

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.05 per hour, with an annual salary up to £50,450.40. We offer permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts, along with a range of benefits, including:
