Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built EMI nursing and residential home in the Southport, Merseyside area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, delivering high-quality care to older people suffering from dementia and related mental health conditions.

To be considered for this role, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the care and management team to promote high standards of nursing care
  • Ensure all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner
  • Perform general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, update care plans, and administer safe medication
  • Be dependable and flexible to meet the needs of residents and the home
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing
