Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our care and management team to promote high standards of nursing care and ensure a smooth and efficient shift operation.
  • Supervise staff and perform general nursing duties, adhering to CQC and NMC guidelines, and update care plans and administer safe medication.
  • Develop and maintain well-structured care plans and detailed risk assessments, utilizing your knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
  • Provide person-centered, thoughtful care to our residents, demonstrating a dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current active NMC Pin and a strong understanding of clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £21.00 and an annual salary of up to £52,416.
  • Four weekly pay and a pension scheme.
  • Free on-site parking and enhanced rates for overtime.
  • Career development opportunities and 4 days accredited training per annum towards pin registration.
  • NMC paid and 6 weeks of paid annual leave (pro rata).
