Pets Corner UK is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our East Grinstead store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assessing customer needs, and recommending our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in our vision, products, and values. They will possess strong team focus, leadership, and management qualities, as well as excellent communication skills. A passion for customer service and a desire to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets are essential.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for every customer
  • Assessing customers' needs and recommending our products and services
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the store, identifying improvements needed, and implementing them
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team
  • Maintaining our high standards, ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented, and clean with a good shelf life
  • Keeping up to date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising
  • Key holding responsibilities, opening and closing of the store
  • Maintaining accurate inventory by checking deliveries, undertaking stocktakes, and investigating any stock losses
