About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Service Assistant to join our team at Munster Barracks. As a General Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared to meet customer expectations.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Operate tills and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, including crockery, cutlery, and equipment.
  • Restock goods and ensure displays are visually appealing.
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to the line manager.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.44, part-time hours of 16 per week, and weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday. You will also receive life assurance and a pension scheme, free on-site parking, and discounted meals on shift.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in the country for the past three years. Previous experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. A DBS check is required for this position.
