We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at Baker Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage our inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet our menu demands.

  • Annual salary between £28,500 - £29,700 per year depending on skill level
  • Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 - £6,500 per year paid monthly
