We are seeking to hire a new Retail Operations Supervisor for our establishment. This role offers a permanent full-time position with a variety of shifts across 5 days each week, typically including at least one weekend shift.
Please be aware that for full-time roles, we generally require full flexibility in your availability for work throughout the week, including weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £32,332.28 per annum based on a 43-hour workweek.

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with the store manager to ensure efficient operations and deliver exceptional service to our clientele.
Overseeing the development of your team of retail assistants through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
Assuming accountability for the store in the absence of the store manager, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely processing of deliveries, and adherence to shop routines to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Motivating and guiding your team to effectively manage operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
Assisting the store manager with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
You will need:
A friendly, positive, and diligent approach to your work.
To be a 'people person' who easily connects with others and builds strong working relationships.
To be trustworthy and dependable, as you will play a crucial role in a small team. Your colleagues and customers will rely on you to perform your duties to the best of your ability consistently.
Some prior experience in a managerial, team leader, or supervisory role.
