The core objective of this position is to deliver administrative assistance to the Operations teams, focusing on data management and resolving accounting inquiries. This role is ideal for recent graduates or school leavers aspiring to enter the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Data management to support ongoing backlog resolution initiatives
  • Reviewing account inquiries and processing them as necessary
  • Building an internal network to facilitate information and data exchange across functions
  • Gaining a solid understanding of systems and processes, while staying updated on new guidelines
  • Ensuring data quality meets established accuracy standards
  • Assisting with project tasks to ensure existing processes align with requirements
  • Completing ad hoc assignments as directed by management

You will report to an Assistant Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
