About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Benelux Business Development Team at Mendix. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordics and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and follow up on sales leads in the Nordics and South Africa
  • Work closely with internal marketing, account executives, and industry experts to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and develop account plans to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to target key decision-makers
  • Represent Mendix at industry events and conferences
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within enterprise organizations
  • Conduct regular handovers of opportunities with account executives
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or inside sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English (obligatory); skills in Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish are a plus
  • Ability to work full-time
