Job Title: Media Relations Account Director

Job Summary:

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking an experienced Media Relations Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our PR agency, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients across various sectors, including technology, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Secure high-quality media coverage across a range of platforms, including trade press and national publications.
  • Proactively identify newsjacking and other PR opportunities to maximize client exposure.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9 months of experience as an PR Account Manager in a PR agency.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B PR.
  • Media relations skills with established contacts across the trade press and ideally, national media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape.
  • A passion for the PR industry and a willingness to learn.

Work Permissions:

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
