Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at Priory Medical Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and working closely with our experienced pharmacy and clinical teams.

Main Responsibilities

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on medication-related queries and managing medication changes for newly diagnosed patients.
  • Working closely with our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to oversee medication management and patient care.
  • Liaising with various professionals to achieve the best outcome for patients and providing medicines information for the weekly MDT.
  • Training and developing trainee pharmacists and student technicians, as well as contributing to research and quality improvement projects.
About Us

Priory Medical Group is a friendly, well-organised, and social surgery with an increasing patient list of 15,550 patients, operating from three sites. We are a teaching practice with GP Registrars, F2 Doctors, Physician Associate, pharmacy, and medical students on placement. Our clinical team comprises 7 GP Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 HCAs, Physician Associate, 3 Pharmacists, and 3 Pharmacy Technicians.
