Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our team at Salter Grange, a leading M&E contractor in London. As a senior mechanical lead, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to completion, developing business operations, and managing project cost procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage project teams, including project managers, staff, and sub-contract supply chains
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Manage project cost procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting
  • Ensure programs are agreed upon with clients and contractors before project commencement, updated as needed, and key deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering City and Guilds or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years' experience in a similar position, ideally in a senior role
