Salter Grange is a leading M&E contractor in London, specializing in mechanical engineering projects. We are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee projects from start to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business operations, managing project costs, and ensuring programs are agreed upon with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage project costs, including procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting
  • Ensure programs are agreed upon with clients and contractors before project commencement, updated as needed, and key deadlines are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the M&E contracting industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
