We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Soft Landscape Project Manager to lead our landscape initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of outdoor spaces.

As the Soft Landscape Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of stunning landscape projects, ensuring that every detail reflects our commitment to quality and safety. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our team and collaborating with clients to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and performance, promptly addressing any issues and reporting to the Contract Manager.
  • Manage the inventory of plants, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Act as a problem-solver, ensuring smooth project execution and timely resolution of challenges.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, promoting best practices and safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports.

Marketing and Relationship Building:

Enhance our company’s visibility by promoting our services through various marketing channels and fostering valuable external relationships.

Financial Management:

Support the Contract Manager in overseeing financial aspects, including reviewing costs and ensuring adherence to budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role within the landscape sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of horticulture, plant species, and landscape maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills that motivate and empower team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capability to interpret landscape designs and specifications creatively.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscape management are preferred.
  • A CSCS card is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
