Job Summary

Lionsgate Contractors is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a team of trades on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a team of trades to ensure high-quality work and project specifications are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with hands-on carpentry work as needed to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a carpenter with supervisory or foreman experience.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
