Construction Site Supervisor

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Trainee Site Manager to join their team for a new build housing development in Pershore, Worcestershire.
The project involves the construction of 28 HA plots and 150 private homes, utilizing traditional build methods.
The Role:As a Trainee Site Manager, you will work closely with an experienced Site Manager to oversee the development's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontract trades and labor, ensuring the project is completed within the set build program.
- Monitoring and controlling costs, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conducting toolbox talks, maintaining records, and identifying risk assessments.
- Ensuring health and safety on site, conducting weekly audits, and implementing safe systems of work.
- Controlling and monitoring resources, including materials and subcontractors.
- Maintaining and recording site records.
You will have a background in a housebuilding trade, such as carpentry or bricklaying, or a relevant degree in Building Studies or a construction-related field.
This role is ideal for a tradesperson looking to transition into a Site Manager position or a construction graduate seeking to gain experience.
