About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Solar Sales Manager to join our team at Flexicruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the commercial and residential solar energy markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business growth by identifying new opportunities within the commercial and residential solar energy markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the renewable energy space.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our mission to promote sustainable energy solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to position our company as a leader in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the solar energy market.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to demonstrate the benefits of solar energy systems to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development within the solar or renewable energy industry.
