We are seeking an experienced Finance Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Convert remittances to Excel for allocation
- Allocate cash receipts to the receivable ledger daily
- Raise manual credits and reraise new invoices
- Create reports and organize data
- Sort and process information, logging any queries
- Understand and interpret data, maintaining and updating information held on a database
- Schedule and prioritize allocated work on a daily basis
- Learn procedures and understand parameters of producing quality output
- Read, reply to, and follow up on emails
- Articulate and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Previous experience in finance or sales ledger roles
- Strong IT skills
