Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef and Chef Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement menus that meet client requirements and preferences.
  2. Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  3. Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  6. Develop and implement action plans to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  7. Manage and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and supplies.
  8. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of kitchen operations and performance metrics.
  9. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
