We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cluster Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Leonardo Hotel Leeds. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to our cluster and assist the Cluster HR Manager in delivering our HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting, arranging interviews, onboarding activities, and reference checks.
- Compliance: Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Learning and Development: Support the delivery of new starter inductions and use our Learning Management System to report on training and ensure all administrative tasks are completed.
- Payroll: Resolve payroll queries, ensure accurate working time recording, and advise line managers on changes to payroll processes.
- Employee Relations: Monitor absence levels, maintain accurate records of probation reviews, and support with note-taking during formal meetings.
- Engagement: Utilize our employee app to inform employees of relevant activities and signpost them to company benefits.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
- Self-motivated and organized with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act on own initiative and effectively prioritize work.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality in HR.
