Cluster Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cluster Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Leonardo Hotels in the Yorkshire area. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to your cluster and assist the Cluster HR Manager in delivering our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting, arranging interviews, onboarding activities, and reference checks.
  • Compliance: Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Learning and Development: Support the delivery of new starter inductions and utilize our Learning Management System to report on training and ensure all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Payroll: Resolve payroll queries, ensure accurate working time recording, and advise line managers on payroll process changes.
  • Employee Relations: Monitor absence levels, maintain accurate records of probation reviews, and support with note-taking during formal meetings.
  • Engagement: Utilize our employee app to inform employees of relevant activities and signpost them to company benefits.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Self-motivated and organized with excellent team player skills.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of the importance of confidentiality in HR.
