Job Title: Compliance and Legal Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance and Legal Executive to join our team at Debenhams Ottaway LLP.

Job Summary:

Our award-winning law firm is looking for a Compliance and Legal Executive to support our Commercial and Corporate Finance Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing marketing calendars, and assisting with content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements.
  • Manage marketing calendars and deadlines.
  • Assist with content creation, including social media.
  • Process invoices and perform other general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
