Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements to meet or exceed individual and team targets
  • Liaise with tenancy progression and property management teams to prepare tenancies
  • Identify business opportunities to increase income and expand local market share
  • Comply with industry standards and legislation, including ARLA Propertymark and RICS 'Code of Practice'

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in your approach to work
  • Self-motivation with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Comfort in working with multiple departments and fitting into different teams
