Estate Agent Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned property professional to join our team as an Estate Agent Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market valuations to provide accurate property valuations for potential vendors.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local property market, staying up-to-date on market trends and activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in estate agency, with a strong understanding of residential property sales and valuations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 - £55,000 in on-target earnings. We also offer a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career progression, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
