Position Overview:

  • Perform responsibilities as a dual-role Law Enforcement Officer and Civil Enforcement Officer
  • Conduct patrols throughout the area to enforce regulations and address crime, anti-social behavior, and environmental concerns
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders to prevent and resolve issues
  • Deliver high visibility patrols during critical times and in significant locations
  • Work outside standard hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Utilize various enforcement powers and tools to uphold a high standard of service
  • Ensure adherence to legal frameworks and advance cases to court when necessary
  • Maintain precise records and data systems in line with service requirements
  • Engage with other council services and partner organizations
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) certificate (or willingness to undergo checks)
