Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, negotiate deals, and collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, develop client relationships, and participate in networking and business development to support the growth of the department.
  • Manage a team of solicitors and contribute to the development of the Commercial Property department.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
  • Proven ability to manage complex commercial property transactions independently.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues.
  • A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
