Senior Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team in a reputable independent estate agency in South Herts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling residential property, confidence in dealing with figures and targets, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a hands-on approach to listing new instructions
  • Oversee the marketing of properties
  • Manage the recruitment of staff
  • Monitor performance across the office against set targets and objectives
  • Network with agents and developers to identify new opportunities
  • Plan and initiate new business development strategies
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by all staff members
  • Raise the branch's profile in the local area and beyond
