Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of high-quality caretaking services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with our Tenancy Services, Void Management Unit, and Homeless Teams to coordinate clearance and cleaning activities for void properties or vulnerable tenants.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Lead and motivate staff, providing training and support, and managing performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in housing management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience in staff management, training, and development.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
