Pertemps Network Group is seeking a skilled Group Risk Administrator to join their team. This role involves working with clients to design, implement, and communicate innovative employee benefits packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth administration of healthcare and group risk schemes across the team.
- Provide high-quality administration support to the team, consultants, and Managing Director to expand and retain existing clients and develop new business.
- Liaise directly with clients and insurers to process rebrokes, renewals, claims underwriting, negotiate preferred terms, and draft recommendation reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience within a group risk role.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Industry exams such as GR1 desirable but not essential.
