Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Drax Group. As a key member of our Trading and Generation teams, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of consistent advice, guidance, and training in relation to wholesale energy.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Trading and Generation teams in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Providing training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to influence compliance decisions
- Investigating compliance issues and developing recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education to degree level with a strong understanding of wholesale physical and financial markets and energy market regulatory framework
- Significant experience working in a compliance team, preferably in the energy or financial services industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
