About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Surveyor to join our Commercial Property team at Cluttons LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services to our clients, including financial viability assessments and public sector asset valuations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial viability assessments for clients, including public authorities and developers.
  • Provide public sector asset valuations for accounts purposes, working with local authorities and other public bodies.
  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver financial goals and objectives.
  • Participate in business development activities, including attending networking events and presenting to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in valuation of commercial properties, with experience in a number of property sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply current market insight and knowledge to valuation modelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Good working knowledge of principal valuation software packages, including Argus Enterprise and KEL Sigma & Developer.
  • Fully conversant with up-to-date RICS Valuation - Professional Standards and financial reporting standards for UK GAAP and IFRS for valuations.
