Position Overview
We are currently in search of an independent co-opted member for the Remuneration Committee, offered on an initial fixed-term contract.

The Committee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the obligations outlined in the Pensions Act, alongside the people strategies implemented by our organization.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Chief People Officer (CPO) within an insurance, pension, or other financial institution.


Meetings are typically conducted in person at designated locations or may occasionally occur via telephone or video conferencing.
