Car Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Mangoletsi Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell new and used cars to customers, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Maximize sales opportunities by following our sales process and diligently following up on every lead.
- Overcome objections and negotiate sales effectively, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- A competitive basic salary and super-transparent pay plan.
- A company car (subject to insurance restrictions due to age and points on your license).
- Manufacturer sales and product training.
- In-house sales and product training.
- 30 days holiday per annum, including 8 statutory Bank Holidays.
- Contributory Pension Scheme.
- Additional pay: Commission pay, Company car, Company pension, Employee discount, Life insurance.
