We have regional centers situated across various locations, with Senior Charge Nurse opportunities available in our contact center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and professional guidance to the nursing team
  • Oversee performance management, mentorship, and preceptorship
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage the virtual service and oversee operational environments
  • Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care

Candidate Profile:

  • Registered nursing qualification with relevant post-registration experience
  • Demonstrated skills and competencies in clinical practice
  • Understanding of pertinent NHS and healthcare standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement change
  • Passion for patient care and nursing advancement
  • Experience in resource planning and analysis

Work Schedule

This position requires a 37-hour shift pattern, available on a fixed-term basis.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary with enhancements for unsocial hours:

  • Base Hourly Rate: £23.65
  • Saturday / After 8pm Weekday Hourly Rate: £30.75
  • Sunday / Public Holiday Hourly Rate: £37.84
