Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our team at Safran Landing Systems. As a key member of our HS&E team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HS&E team in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety.
  • Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to drive HS&E compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Monitor and report on HS&E performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
