Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the dilapidations service line, leveraging technical and commercial expertise.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across sectors, including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation, and build to rent.
  • Drive business growth and development, focusing on team management and service line expansion.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • MRICS qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in dilapidations, with a strong technical and commercial background.
  • Previous team management and business development experience is highly valued.
