Position Overview

Director of Investment Technology and Strategy at Intelix

This role is designed for a highly experienced leader to drive the evolution of our investment management framework. The successful candidate will oversee the rollout of an innovative cross-asset Investment Toolkit and Model-Based Investing platform, essential for Intelix's strategic growth and responsiveness to client needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of a state-of-the-art investment platform
  • Formulate strategies for multi-asset investment offerings
  • Supervise product development across diverse asset categories
  • Manage the deployment of tailored portfolio construction and management systems
  • Integrate quantitative and qualitative methodologies in investment practices
  • Oversee comprehensive trade lifecycle management for all asset classes
  • Guide teams in the creation of algorithmic trading methodologies
  • Ensure effective risk management protocols across all investment operations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in senior positions within investment management or financial technology
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and management
  • Extensive background in strategy formulation and implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of product development in the financial services sector
  • Expertise in customized portfolio management
  • Thorough understanding of various financial instruments including derivatives, forex, equities, fixed-income, ETFs, and CFDs
  • Proficiency in Python for developing algorithmic trading strategies
  • Strong foundation in market and credit risk management
  • Experience with Execution Order Management Systems (OMS, EMS)
  • Familiarity with advanced portfolio optimization and factor-based investment strategies
  • Knowledge of ESG integration and compliance within investment frameworks
  • Experience in data integration from multiple sources and cloud solutions
  • Proven capability in managing highly customizable investment solutions
  • Background in agile development practices
  • Skills in system integration and performance enhancement
