About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the transformation of our investment management processes at Intelix. This director-level position will spearhead the implementation of a new cross-asset class Investment Toolkit and Model-Based Investing platform, crucial for our company's growth and ability to meet evolving client demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a next-generation investment platform to drive growth and meet evolving client demands.
  • Drive strategy development for multi-asset investment solutions, integrating advanced analytics, risk management, and portfolio construction tools.
  • Oversee product design and development across various asset classes, ensuring robust risk management practices across all investment activities.
  • Manage the implementation of customized portfolio construction and management systems, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver superior results for our clients.
  • Integrate quantitative and fundamental approaches in investment processes, ensuring seamless integration of ESG factors and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle management across all financial assets, utilizing expertise in algorithmic trading strategy development and Execution Order Management Systems (OMS, EMS).
  • Lead teams in the development of algorithmic trading strategies, utilizing proficiency in Python and advanced portfolio optimization techniques.
  • Ensure compliance and audit processes are in place, leveraging strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of financial services regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in senior roles within investment management or financial technology, with a proven track record in man management and team leadership.
  • Extensive experience in strategy development and execution, with a deep understanding of product design and development in the financial sector.
  • Expertise in customized portfolio construction and management, with comprehensive knowledge of financial assets including derivatives, forex, equities, fixed-income, ETFs, and CFDs.
  • Proficiency in Python for algorithmic trading strategy development, with strong background in market and credit risk management.
  • Experience with Execution Order Management Systems (OMS, EMS), familiarity with advanced portfolio optimization techniques and factor-based investing.
  • Knowledge of ESG integration and regulatory compliance in investment processes, with experience in data integration from various sources and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage highly customizable investment solutions, with background in agile development methodologies and skills in system integration and performance optimization.
  • Strong vision for future technological advancements in asset management, with experience in developing user-friendly interfaces for complex systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with understanding of compliance and audit processes in financial services.
