Customer Insights Manager

Join our team at Match Digital as a Customer Insights Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to lead our customer experience strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects that inform business decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations through research and insights
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop research briefs and lead research projects
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Develop customer experience insights and create a single customer view
  • Support Product teams in applying insights to improve CX in active projects

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of research methodologies (quant and/or qual)
  • Experience planning, briefing, and analyzing research projects
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
