Customer Insights Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to lead our customer experience strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects that inform business decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations through research and insights
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop research briefs and lead research projects
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Develop customer experience insights and create a single customer view
- Support Product teams in applying insights to improve CX in active projects
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of research methodologies (quant and/or qual)
- Experience planning, briefing, and analyzing research projects
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
