Customer Insights Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to lead our customer experience strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects that inform business decision making.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations through research and insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Develop customer experience insights and create a single customer view.
  • Support Product teams in applying insights to improve CX in active projects.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge of research methodologies (quant and/or qual).
  • Experience planning, briefing, and analyzing research projects.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
