Customer Insights Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to lead our customer experience strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects that inform business decision making.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations through research and insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Develop customer experience insights and create a single customer view.
- Support Product teams in applying insights to improve CX in active projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced knowledge of research methodologies (quant and/or qual).
- Experience planning, briefing, and analyzing research projects.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
