Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive management of claims, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for the insured and broker through high-quality claim management, resolution, and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all classes of claims in an efficient and timely manner to achieve prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage claims from inception to closure, ensuring all parties are informed and updated throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and claim resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity and liability.
- Prepare and present claim reports and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements
- Proven experience in claims handling, preferably in the insurance industry.
