We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Claims Manager to join our team at Roberts Webb Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and motivate a team of claims managers, driving business growth and excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of claims managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy to enhance delivery of claims services and meet business goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that our claims services meet their expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and the business.
- Conduct data analysis and trend prediction to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance performance.
- Oversee the completion of monthly audits, providing feedback and training to team members as needed.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in motor claims at a senior level.
- Insurance claims trend analysis and engagement with insurer partners.
- Thorough knowledge of end-to-end motor claims processes and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Supervisory/management experience in claims environment and preferred working knowledge of claims IT systems.
- Sound reasoning and ability to identify issues involved in any problems arising.
